In January we did a very cold walk at Winnekenni Castle in Haverhill. I would have loved a few of these spicy sweet Limoncello Candied Ginger Scones to eat on the drive home, that’s for sure.
I’ve been out picking apples twice in the past 3 weeks. I created this recipe to use up some apples, but it will definitely be something I go out and buy apples for!
