Today I roasted a Picnic Pork Shoulder and created my own Char Siu sauce, including making my own Hoisin Sauce and Five Spice Powder and it brought back memories of trips to Chinatown when I was young.
Obviously I love lemon, and the combo of coconut and lemon just sounds like summer to me. So do frozen ice cream bars. This post is about memories of scary things when I was four, and the treat we had after a particularly funny scare – lemonade. Try this lemon inspired treat with your kids or make it as ice cubes to plop into an adult beverage with friends.
